We love this app!

My son is 9 and severely ADHD. Sleep is difficult for him and often he must take medication. Recently he has become curious about meditation, a play therapist had mentioned it to him and they did some exercises together. Then I stumbled upon this app. I purchased several different ones but loved all of them. A week ago, my son snuggled into my bed and on a whim, I fetched a speaker and put it at the foot of the bed, set ocean waves as background and played pure peaceful meditation. My son fell asleep quickly and slept quietly the entire night! He has requested this app almost every night since then. Her voice is so calm and relaxing, I usually nod off on the staircase. I cant praise this app enough, would give it 10 stars if I could!
