Very nice
Very relaxing, and since Ive been listening, I feel like I have a more positive, healthy attitude toward weight loss. If I have a setback, it doesnt bother me as much, and I generally start the day with a more positive outlook. I have lost about 5 pounds in a month, the healthy way, eating better and working out. This is a useful tool in my arsenal of healthy living apps.
